How to measure correctly

Chest: Run the tape horizontally around the torso across the fullest points of the chest, under the arms and across the shoulder blades at the back.
Waist: Wrap the tape around the narrowest part of the torso (usually 2–3 cm above the navel). Don't suck in or push out your stomach — breathe naturally.
Hips: Measure around the fullest points of the buttocks, keeping the tape strictly parallel to the floor. Keep your feet together.
Upper arm: Let your arm hang relaxed along your body. Measure the circumference of the upper arm at its widest point.
Sleeve length: Bend your arm slightly at the elbow. Place the tape at the outer shoulder point (shoulder joint) and run it down through the elbow to the wrist.
Trouser length: Measure down the outer side of the leg from the waistline straight down to the ankle bone.
